Amazing place., all fresh and great selection and choices. Their customer service is exceptional.
I was having some trouble with their payment policy and they handled it with professionalism.

Overall love this place. Will be going here often especially now with their reward system through their app. -

As a budding vegan, sweetgreen has been a fun place to go for the whole family, with options for everyone. The more picky people in our party can make a rice and cheese bowl, while culinary explorers opt for more spicy choices.
FOOD- This was my second time here, at a different location than the first. At both, the salads were a reasonable size and tasted great! I got the Spicy Thai bowl, and the tofu was of a high quality (believe me, there's some gross tofu out there!) There is a large variety of choices for bases, seeds/nuts, dressings, berries, vegetables, and meats to pick from, which though delightful, sometimes makes for a long line as some of the more indecisive customers muse over the "make your own" options. Nevertheless, the product is yummy.
IMPACT- Something I love is that every cup, utensil, bowl, and napkin is compostable. Not only can you eat "meat free" but you also leave a lighter footprint by making nearly no waste! That's a big reason I like going to sweetgreen when choosing a restaurant.
PRICE- As usual, eating healthy is more expensive than cheap fast food, but this is the right splurge for every once in a while. A salad might be $10-$12, but they are a nice size and are fully furnished with toppings. It can be cheaper to pick one of the salads with a pre-established recipe than make your own, but choose whatever you crave.
In general, I really recommend sweetgreen to anyone who wants a vegan, vegetarian, or just healthy salad. Nice staff, nice salads, nice experience. -

Ordered online and by the time I got there 45 minutes later, my order wasn't on the counter. One of the girls said she'd make the two salads, but it would take 20 minutes with the line. Which sort of defeats the purpose but at least she was trying to be nice about it. I didn't have the time so I just asked for a refund. She went to grab her manager... who stomped out from the back office and just asked me curtly how to spell my name. No apologies, no sense of customer service. Then she said she would cancel the order and then stomped back.
Not surprisingly, the charge went through to my credit card. No response from the store on refunding the two salads I never received.
I've tried this location a few times, but there's no excuse to have terrible management. -

I am not a fan of salads. I tolerate them. They are what I eat when I had an exceptionally heavy ramen the night before and looking to offset that with a 'healthy' lunch. And even then, it just feels sad. It all changed when I had my first Sweet Greens.
It was out of this world. I got the harvest bowl and swapped out the wild rice for quinoa and also got light pesto dressing. The way the ingredients combined was just magical. The shredded kale provided a fantastic base with perfect gaps for the quinoa to be tucked in. The goat cheese provided that rich texture and the apple bits added the much needed crunch. The almond and surprisingly, the chicken were more backstage actors than stars in this dish - subtle, yet crucial to the dish. And finally, the sweet potatoes, my favorite added another dimension to the dish with both their texture and their flavor.
All in all, it just blew my mind. I think from now on, I pick sweet greens over a comparable, traditionally more delicious fast food meal, like a burrito or a grilled sandwich. It is just a bit pricey, clocking in at $16 with a drink, but in my mind, it's totally worth it. -

Great place to grab a quick salad. They've got ample seating indoors and outdoors . Wonderful and friendly staff. My personal favorite is the curried chickpea bowl.
It's important to call out that this place does get very crowded during the daytime but starts winding down past 6 pm if you're looking to grab an early dinner
